Our weekday classes are perfect for those who want to get their workout in early to begin their day!
Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:30 pm
If you enjoy ending your workday with a sweat session before heading home, then our weeknight boot camps are for you!
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:45 pm
For those who are able to get off work a little early during the week, hit up a boot camp before heading home for the evening.
Saturdays at 8:00 am
Hey early bird, time to grab that worm! Team up with other weekend warriors to kick-off your morning with a great workout.

A few times each year, Legacy Life Fitness hosts a full weekend getaway at a private cabin on a beautiful lake featuring fitness, fun, and even a little R&R!
