Meet Bryce Atkins, A.C.E.
Bryce is an A.C.E. (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer, who combines his love of fitness with his Masters of Education in counseling to help individuals make changes to both their mind and body to truly transform their lives!
Bryce has been certified trainer for 8 years but has been a fitness enthusiast his whole life. He has always recognized and believed in the strong connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Through his training in counseling and ministry and his own personal life experiences, Bryce understands the difficulties and challenges that we all struggle with when we are trying to make positive life changes. Whether you are wanting to start and maintain an exercise program, create better-eating habits, work through mental roadblocks and challenges, or completely transform yourself, Bryce has the experience to help you achieve your goals.
Laughing and enjoying life are high priorities to Bryce and he believes every day should be filled with the opportunities for doing both. Bryce believes that training and working out should be challenging, but not something you dread doing. He goes out of his way to help you have a positive experience every time you workout.
Besides training and working with clients to change their lives, Bryce enjoys spending time with lovely wife, Rebecca, and his four children, who keep him busy and challenged in their own way.
